We accept orders from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:30 and deliver them throughout Ukraine. The entire model line of height-adjustable table bases is always in stock in both black and white colors. We manufacture table tops individually, based on the customer’s order. The standard production time is from 3 to 5 days. But there are also stock positions in black and white colors in stock. Clarify this issue with the sales manager.
To order a product, you need to call the indicated numbers and place an order, or fill out the form in the basket, specifying personal data, the delivery address and choosing the type of delivery and payment.
To confirm the order, you will receive a control call from the manager, after which the order will be processed. Our managers will advise you on all issues related to placing an order, payment and delivery.
Delivery is usually made after confirmation that the product is ready for shipment.

SELF-PICKUP
You can pick up the order from the warehouse yourself at the address: Kyiv region, village Kryukivshchyna, str. Parnikova, 3 (Mon-Fri from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.).
DELIVERY TO KYIV
Delivery within Kyiv is free and is carried out by the company’s transport on working days from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The delivery time is pre-agreed with the customer. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are processed on Monday.
Our technical support can carry out the lifting and assembly of oversized goods. If the product is lifted by elevator, the service is free of charge. In the case of manual lifting, the payment is agreed with the client before the delivery of the goods and depends on the difficulty of lifting and the dimensions of the cargo.
DELIVERY ACROSS UKRAINE
It is carried out by the “NOVA POSHTA” courier service or other courier services. Delivery to the regions of Ukraine is carried out by a courier service at the address specified by you under the conditions of 100% payment of the order by bank transfer. After receiving the payment, we send you the ordered goods. Most often, if the product is in stock, the order is delivered within 2-3 days after registration. Payment for delivery is made according to “Nova Poshta” tariffs. In the case of ordering non-standard components, namely, table tops, table partitions, which are not available, the delivery terms are agreed with the buyer.

When receiving the order, carefully inspect the purchase in the presence of the courier, if you do not like the appearance or the product does not meet the parameters of the order, without opening the package, return the order to the courier, we will definitely replace it. Claims for appearance are accepted only at the time of delivery by the transport company of your choice. Your transport company comes to our warehouse, picks up the goods and delivers them to you. Payment according to the carrier’s tariffs.

Responsibility for the transportation and preservation of the goods rests with the carrier company.
Furniture assembly services
In the case of delivery within Kyiv, our technical support brings and collects the furniture independently. Delivery hours are 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday.
The cost of the lifting table assembly services starts at UAH 500. Depending on the quantity, the cost of collection decreases, check with the manager.
This service can be paid for when placing an order, or during the delivery of furniture to your address.
In case of collection of furniture outside the city, an additional payment is added to the cost of collection, which is calculated individually during the ordering process.
The furniture you purchased requires qualified assembly. Shortcomings and defects of furniture products, which were the result of independent transportation or independent assembly, are not subject to elimination under the warranty.
If during the unpacking and assembling of the goods you find parts that have mechanical damage or manufacturing defects, for example: stains, deformations, etc., do not assemble them yourself, but immediately inform us.
RETURN
The product can be returned or replaced within 14 days from the day of receipt, provided that the product has not been used, its product appearance and factory packaging, sales receipt (or invoice), warranty card have been preserved.
The product can be returned if:
when viewing a new product, the color or size did not suit you;
the product does not correspond to the description or photo;
goods of inadequate quality.
Goods of inadequate quality are accepted for return only in the case of a factory defect, within the warranty period, provided that:
the product has no mechanical or other damage;
the product was used according to the instructions;
you did not repair the product yourself or change its design.

Claims regarding the appearance of the product, incomplete configuration, as well as inconsistency of the order, are accepted only directly upon receipt of the product. In the future, such claims will not be accepted, all work will be carried out only at the expense of the buyer.
When returning the goods, funds are returned in cash or non-cash form within 5 working days from the moment of registration of the return.
GUARANTEE
Warranty service includes repair work and replacement of defective parts of the product. The warranty period starts from the moment of delivery and receipt by the buyer of the product in accordance with the order. The warranty period is set by the manufacturer. The warranty is 3 years. Check with the manager for more details.
- there is mechanical or other damage that occurred as a result of intentional or negligent actions of the buyer or third parties;
- the rules of use specified in the operating documents are violated;
- unauthorized disclosure, repair, or internal communications and components of the product have been changed, the design or schematics of the product have been changed;
- damage as a result of natural disasters (natural phenomena);
- in case of damage caused by an emergency increase or decrease in voltage in the power grid, or incorrect connection to the power grid;
- at the end of the warranty period;
- exceeding permissible loads on the transformation mechanism;
- causing damage to the product caused by foreign objects, liquids, etc. getting inside or on the surface of the product;
- transport damage as a result of independent delivery of the goods by the buyer;
